Thank you for choosing Dabs & Decants! We are committed to providing a reliable and cost-effective shipping solution to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers. Below is our shipping policy exclusively using USPS Ground Advantage.

1. Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. This service offers the most affordable and dependable delivery for domestic shipments. As perfumes can only be shipped via ground transportation, this is the best option. 

2. Delivery Time

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers packages within 2–7 business days (excludes weekends and federal holidays). Delivery times may vary based on the destination and external factors such as weather or holidays. Please allow additional time for processing. Please be aware that because your order is shipped via ground transport, USPS is known for delays.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Hawaii (Surface Transport)

We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. Orders over $75.00 ship for free. Shipping is automatically deducted from the total on orders exceeding $75.00

5. Insurance

USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for both outbound and return shipments. If your order exceeds this value, additional insurance coverage can be purchased upon request.

6. Tracking

All shipments come with free USPS Tracking. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment confirmation, enabling you to monitor your package's journey online.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at dabsanddecants@Outlook.com We will assist you in filing an insurance claim with USPS. Please remember that USPS Ground Advantage is much slower than other modes of shipping. Your package may remain in an "In Transit" status for a length of time. We are not responsible for mail thefts. Once your package is marked "Delivered," our responsibility is over. We document every order during preparation and shipping for quality control. 

8. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Perfumes are cosmetic in nature, and due to hygienic concerns, returns are not accepted.
